Keep Your Business in Good Standing

Entity Compliance Filing — $125 per filing

Forming your LLC was step one. Keeping it alive is the part nobody warns you about.

Every year your state expects paperwork — an annual or periodic report, and in many states a franchise tax report. Miss them and penalties start adding up. Miss them long enough and the state can forfeit your entity's charter, which can put your personal liability protection at risk.

It's routine paperwork with real consequences, and most business owners don't discover they're behind until they're applying for a loan or signing a contract.

What we handle — $125 per filing

Your annual or periodic report with the Secretary of State

Your state franchise tax report, including the public information report where required

Confirmation that the filing was accepted, plus a copy for your records

State filing fees and any franchise tax owed are separate and paid directly to the state. We'll tell you the amount before we file, so there are no surprises.

What we'll need from you

Your entity's legal name and state file number

current registered agent and officer information

your principal address

and revenue figures if your state's franchise tax requires them

We ask for all of it 30 days before your deadline.

Set It and Forget It

These filings come due every year, indefinitely. We can handle them annually so you never have to think about it.

We'll reach out 60 days before each deadline to collect whatever's changed.
